The Water Tower is the place where the second half of the Riccardo level of Haunting Ground takes place.
Fiona Belli is taken here by Riccardo after she faints in the Chaos Forest. Hewie somehow finds a way in to rescue her. In order to unlock the way to the House of Truth, Fiona must find a Wooden Miniature in the basement.
On the top of the Water Tower, Fiona fights Riccardo. He falls off and dies.
